Well, that never happen before. Would you like to provide some screenshots please ?
Are you sure that you didn't forgot to turn off CAPS LOCK or to use right Keyboard Language as you have used to register?

This might be the password reset issue I found in my copy. Take a look at the patches section for the fix I used.
