#31 Make tray icons enabled/disabled customizable like dropbox

Make icons (enabled/disabled) customizable as dropbox does.
I found no way to change tray icon of easystroke. I think it is hardcoded. Is it much of a trouble to do so?

It's hardcoded. This way, easystroke runs out of the box without having to install any files. I'm going to have to figure something out for the change towards indicators, though.
