we need a set of tests (perl script using SOAP::Lite
possibly) that runs against a pre-defined application
that uses EasySoap (interop tests?) to make sure we
don't break anything while developing.
We can do file based regressions in addition to an endpoint
like the CGI at sourceforge. Also, Look at CppUnit for a
more formal internal debugging and regression
