The removal of the Abyss code from 0.6 causes the
Windows code to not build.
I took src\Abyss from 0.5 and copied it to the 0.6
distribution and it seems to build. (I have not done
any testing)

I fixed this in the .exe download. In the mean time you
can just remove all of the abyss files from the project.
