#22 connectivity problem.

hi,
whenever i try to connect to the internet through the
sify bb client at mrning times ,an error occurs
saying that my ip address is being used by another
computer on the network.and so i connect to the
internet .
i contacted the sify customer but he denied that my ip
address being given to another computer on the network.
but my problem still remains the same.also a duplicate
name exists in the network.
i cannot change my ip address but i think that
somebody illegally uses my ip address.plz help me out .
also when i try to connect the internet through the
easysify soft, a msg appears that "ur authentication
information seems to be invalid".

i had the same problem before,then I changed my computer
name on the networl and the problem was solved.
