#21 Connection failed to Sify
Hi
I m S.Sridhar from hyderabad, i m a sify user. my
email id is speed_sri@yahoo.com , i have been using
this software for about 2 weeks. it was working very
fine but now its not connecting. below is the details
in the log file. please have a look. and tell me what
should be done. because i m able to connect using the
client software given by sify. as u know there r some
problems in it thats why i changed over to easy sify.
but even in this i have noticed the follwing problem.
while i m using sify broadband client for more than
12 hours and i m downloading some thing it gets
stopped and even the net is not working, then if i
logout it says logoff failure invalid session. i read
is some fourm that this can be solved by using
easysify by activating keep alive. but no, instead my
gets stopped and and if i log out it gives me a very
big error message. I kindly request plz look into my
problem. thanku for this service and ur software....
