I set up an account and for the past 2 years have been running easy rev on the product pages of https://www.band-tees.com.

For instance https://www.band-tees.com/store/R%5F00800%5F103%21BRVDO/Rolling+Stones+50+Years+Vintage+T%2Dshirt

However the recommendations stopped showing earlier this year.

Can you help me find the solution?

    The mentioned item page requests https://www.band-tees.com/store/R_00800_103!BRVDO/display/js/easyrec.js which returns a 404 not found error. I guess it's a problem with relative paths.

        In the code of your page the JS method "easyrec_sendAction(...)", which sends the actions to easyrec and retrieves the recommendations, is called but no definiton of this method can be found. This is because the easyrec.js can not be loaded because of a wrong URL. I can't tell you where exactly the problem is because I don't know your backend system but somewhere in the backend you have to fix this URL pointing to the easyrec.js.

        On the easyrec.org site you can find a link on the upper right to reset your password.
