#13 README.txt missing compile step

When trying to compile on Gentoo Linux (after emerging fpc and lazarus), I received an error during 'make install' about an empty lazarus / missing 'lsl' directory.

To fix this, I started lazarus IDE for the first time and then closed it.

Now, the application was compiled without problems.

Please update this in the README.txt
