#4 Thumbnail Support

Support for thumbnails in posts. Clicking a thumbnail will
take you to fullsize image.

Maybe a switch in the email text body could define
whether user wants thumbs or full image posted.
However the server options would override this if
thumbnails are not permitted on blog.
