Hi all,
Now a days, the Linux is gaining momentum, but it is lacking the basic end user tool for installation and such other related activities. Even the easyEclipse could install the versions on Windows and MAC. using the installation wizard. Can we not make such a wizard for LINUX as well.
The SeaMonkey web browser in the Mozilla family is having a miniature form for this. One can begin working on this and do the same or better it for general LINUX S/Ws.
WIsh u all a success,

That is a good idea. High is the list are RPMs (fedora/suse), debs (debian/ubuntu) and emerge (gentoo) and possibly autopackage. The seamonkey installer seems appealing too, eyt I have not tested yet. Now for a distribution, there is nothing easier than untar for now, don't you think?
