#13 Allow configuration through JMX of EasyConf properties

One of the latest trends of configuring managed
applications (p.e. J2EE applications) is to use JMX as
a mean to configure them. Unfortunately JMX is still
not a widely known tecnology and not many developers
know how to make an application configurable through JMX.

EasyConf can help on this by making it possible to
modify the properties of a component through JMX. With
this feature any application gets JMX configuration
free just for using EasyConf.
