#47 Taskbar functions (e.g., ornaments) missing in 1.3.8.6 UI

In EasyABC (Windows) 1.3.8.6, several taskbar functions are missing (note ornaments, dynamic, decorations). They are there in 1.3.7.8, but not in 1.3.8.6.

(If there's a function to toggle them on/off in 1.3.8.6, I sure don't see it).

I've attached screenshots from my installations of 1.3.7.8 and 1.3.8.6.

I see under Ticket 41 the suggestion "If you enlarge the ABC assist panel you can still insert musical symbols by clicking on one of the symbols under 'Insert decoration'". However, when I enlarge the ABC assist panel, I don't see "insert decoration" nor a list of symbols.

I finally found the function under the "ABC Assist" panel. Apparently you need to have a note selected in the tune's ABCs for the decoration function to show up. It's not self-evident.
