Please can you help me? For some time and through various updates, I've lost the ability to get Easy abc to play sound. It used to work. I click to play, the 'play position' tracker on the top right slides across, but no sound comes out of my computer. I've reset as instructed and it makes no difference. I've tried changing the instruments in Abc2midi and no difference.

I've tried the new beta version 1.3.7.8 and that's the same.

I aslo use MuseScore and midi works fine with that.

Also, a different question, is there any way of shrinking the size of the window at the bottom? it doesn't seem to be possible to access the bottom right hand corner with my mouse. It sticks just below the bottom of the screen.

    I can't help you with the sound; I do not have a Mac. Nevertheless, you should check the internals/message output (internals is menu item on the top), to see whether there is anything abnormal. Regarding the window size, you should be able to resize it by moving the mouse pointer to the edge or corner of the window. The mouse pointer should change to a double arrow. By holding the mouse button, you should be able to change the size of the window. If the bottom
    is not accessible, you can start from the top; after shrinking the window you can translate the
    window up by positioning the mouse pointer inside a border and holding the mouse button down.
