I was used to take advantage of ABC Explorer PNG export. imho export to PNG format is a missing feature for quick integration of scores in a blog or web page.
Might I suggest using the Snipping Tool that is part of Windows. Just select the part of the screen/score you want to publish and save it as .png.
For a web page you can also use export to .svg. It is better rendered in browsers than .png.

Web performances for standard non-vectorised images are currently better due to media caching technologies from actual web CMS
