#13 No warning when Ghostscript not installed when using Export to PDF

Version 1.3.7.6 Does not tell the user they need GhostScript installed for when they go to use Export to PDF.
It just does nothing. This is on Windows 10 64bit (1607)
Version 1.3.5 Does tell you, which is the only way I figured it out.
Also the message should say you need the 32bit version of GhostScript as 64bit does not work (with 1.3.5 any way).

The check is performed at startup of EasyABC.
