#11 Midi import fails

Trying to import one of the midi files from http://www.botproductions.com/music/messiah.html yields

Hello Bernhard,

This problem has been fixed about two weeks ago, but the fix is only
available on https://github.com/jwdj/EasyABC
When I have the time I will apply your German translation.
