uneven spaced notes when tuplets are used...

Hi,
I want to make some sheet music for teaching drums.
I noticed, that the spacings between the notes are not always even.
Without V12 , V10 is correct. but V8 and V9 stay uneven...
Only without any tuplets its correct. (use: %%score 1 2 4 6 8 12 )
Ist this a known Bug?
Is there a workaround?
Did I make a mistake in my File?

Well, have tried several options:
%%notespacingfactor 1
%%stretchstaff 0
%%stretchlast 0
%%sysstaffsep 0
%%maxshrink 0
But problem remains. It is not fixable in EasyABC.
Maybe Jef Moine, creator/maintainer of abcm2ps, knows a solution.
