EasyABC is is really useful but I'd sometimes like to be able to play just a part of the tune I am working on. What would be intuitive is if I highlighted some source code and it would play just that. Is there any way to do something like that? Thanks!

    Hi Marc,

You probably found it - but in EasyABC there is a loop function. This is how you do it:
    1. Open your tune.
    2. Select the measures or notes (in the musical score score pane - not the ABC code pane) you want to loop by clicking-and-dragging your mouse - the selected notes will highlight.
    3. Press the "Play" icon (upper left)
    4. Notice some new options on the top tool bar are now visible - see the "Loop" checkbox?
    5. Check the "Loop" checkbox - this will repeat the selected notes/measures.

    Good luck!

Thanks! It would be nice if you could select in the ABC code pane too, but this gets the job done.
