Hi Mary,
We resolved my problem. Initially, I downloaded and installed the most recent version of Python, but that didn't work. Then (under instructions) I uninstalled that and its loader (by going into Control Panel), then uninstalled EasyABC (make sure that the error message is also closed).
Next, go back in and install the new EasyABC. It doesn't seem to need Python to be installed separately as it's complete in itself. The error message tells of a module that is missing. Once we had installed it without Python there, it launched normally at the end of the install.

Tried to install the latest version on Windows 10 OS this morning UK GMT. Got the attached error message.
I have no idea how to resolve this.
I got same error this morning. I installed latest Python (3.10.x) and problem went away. I was running Python 3.9.x.
Good to hear from you Paul. Hope you are keeping well.
Thanks for your reply. I shall look online for the latest Python and sort that out in the course of the day.

Thanks Kathy.
It now loads and works. Python turned out to be a red herring...
You're welcome Mary. :-)
