#8 NTFS support for chattr,lsattr

Consider adding support for at least the c flag
(compression), when applied to a NTFS filesystem for
the chattr/lsattr utilities.

If compiled under cygwin it should call the appropriate
WinAPI function, for the linux NTFS support I don't
know if chattr will work, lsattr should be able to show
it least.

    Sorry, no. The primary use of chattr is not for windows program. For Linux programs, that's up to the NTFS kernel driver maintainers if they want to add this support.
