#620 Shortcut keys

A number of standard shortcut keys don't seem to work when editing Perl code.
These include all the folding keyboard shortcuts (expand/collapse/expand all etc).
Also, trying to add shortcut keys (with the 'Editing Perl Source' 'When' option) doesn't seem to work.
