What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. It is unclear to me what use of DC are E-LIS doing now. In this case it is not just an issue, it should be first an explanation from those that perform the migration and also about how DSpace is using these DC fields. Then it would be easier to understand how to improve the mapping.
