What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. At the moment is not possible to see how many documents are published under each of the years displayed at http://eprints.rclis.org/browse?type=issued
What is the expected output?
A simple (Number) on the right of the date would be enough
View and moderate all "tickets Discussion" comments posted by this user
Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Tickets"

Similar to this:
There is no profound reason why we need to have an index by submit date (see http://eprints.rclis.org/browse?type=dateaccessioned). This index is overloading the search options of the user.
Proposal:
To remove the link to the Submit Date index
