#118 RetranslateComponent ignore TextDomain

Hi, I analyze source codes and fine that
TGnuGettextInstance.RetranslateComponent ignore
TextDomain. I don't have idea how to implement here
with clear way.
Also I think that
"if comp.LastLanguage<>curlang then begin"
shold be also true if TextDomain was changed.
