Easy to use and works great.

Lots of missing documentation, a loose bundle of tools, but powerful and simple to use (once you found out how to use it). Overall i prefer it in Delphi, and i likely use the versatile (and simple for translators) GNU Gettext system (or a port) for locales when programming in other languages.
