This patch adds an additional optimization pass after TSP optimization that will refactor each next shape so that it starts at the closest point to last point of previous shape. This should lead to shorter overall milling time.
A good DXF example is a file I made and use extensively for dxf2gcode testing:

If you run optimization with and without this patch, you will see the difference.
