#116 No Compound in PP for steam tables

I am plugging DWSIM PPM in COFE and I am choosing the Steam tables Property Package. There is an issue with the ICapeUtilities::Initialize as mentioned in a previous ticket. I am surprised that the GetCompoundList returns an empty list. Shouldn't water be returned? Or is it linked to Initialize failing? See at the end of the COLTT log in attachment.

    Hi Michel,

    DWSIM works a little differently in CAPE-OPEN mode than the other managers. After adding a property package, the user must edit it and add the compounds as required, because there are no "templates". So the first call to GetCompoundList will always return an empty list.
