[dwsim-users] DWSIM v5.3 now available + Windows XP support + Classic UI on macOS

DWSIM v5.3 is now available to download. Release highlights include:

- Support for macOS Mojave "Dark Mode"
- Download & Open FOSSEE Flowsheets directly from DWSIM
- Support for High DPI displays on Linux with configurable Scaling Factor
(Cross-Platform UI)
- Configurable warning for missing interaction parameters on Activity
Coefficient-based Models
- Now requires Mono v5.14 or newer on Linux, which fixes many Classic UI
(Windows Forms) glitches on this platform

Also, new packages for previously unsupported systems are now available:
