It's a plesuare to greet you!, I have some troubles whit this issue, recently I was simulating a CSTR using the prperty package I referred in the title, but the DWSIM showed me this info (Attached 1). I'm currently using the 8.3.2 version of your software, and I installed an older one, 5.8.3, and with that I can run the simulation with any troubles. I attached the two date simulations and some print screens more. I'd appreciate some help!

After a more carefully review, I found some issues to adjust
Please do what the error message says, go to the property package settings and change the enthalpy calculation method.
