Hi, newbie questions here. I lead a group that needs to develop a xenon recirculation loop cooled by a refrigeration loop. A simplified system diagram is attached. Is this something DWSIM can model? I need to size pumps, develop the heat exchangers, and so on. Xenon is two phase (liquid in tank, gas at pump). Also looking at ASPEN HYSYS and Sinda/Fluint for comparison.
Any advice appreciated.

Baseline purifier is a SAES getter, PS5-MTG50, heated bed type. I was more concerned about the tank in tank heat transfer modeling. Would that be like a simple counterflow exchanger?

Allen

I am trying out some examples and just tried the dynamic tutorial from the users guide. I am getting an "Error Restoring State: The given key was not present in the dictionary", the tank level is not changing and the inlet material stream appears to have negative enthalpy and energy flow.
Cannot find the error.
Thanks,
Allen

I believe that DWSIM can handle it, but can't say for sure. How exactly the purifier works?

Fiddled around and got it working. Not certain what I did that cleared the error.
