[Dvr-devel]codec error, or qt problem?

Hi, 

I installed dvr with apt-get but it won't work. When I tried to start it I got 
this error:

What is wrong with my installation. Please help me.
I already tried to change some parameters in the config file, didn't help so 
undid them again.
