#4 Loss of video/audio sync

Using either the Divx;-) or DIVX5 codecs and MP3 audio
(stereo or mono) from a NTSC video source, I note that
there is a loss of synchronization between video and
audio. It appears that dvr (2.7.9) records at 25 FPS
instead of 30, causing the video stream to lag behind
the audio. Is there any way to change the frame rate?
It's grayed out in the GUI.
