#183 Video and audio fade options

Add adjustable video and audio fade fields to “global” (and/or title) settings, similar to the old version of Windows Movie Maker or the “Adjustable Fade” effect in Audacity. I realize it can be accomplished now via filters to pass additional FFmpeg arguments, but it’s a pain to get them just right since you’re basically flying in the dark.

I wouldn’t think this would be very difficult to implement, perhaps just be a matter of adding a couple of entry fields to the settings dialogs, then translating that data to form the appropriate FFmpeg arguments when it does its encoding? It would surely make DVDStyler much more user-friendly.

Thanks for an awesome program, and please keep up the great work. I’d hate to see future development ceased on such a wonderful tool!
