Version 3.2.1 crashes on Mac OS Monterey

I recently bought a Mac Book Air (8gb ram installed, M1 chip) and installed version 3.2.1
Installation went well, but when I drag a video into the app it crashes right away. Tried different videos, same problem. On other Macs (old mbpro or new iMac no problemo)

I have attached the error log to this post.

As reported elsewhere on this forum, version 3.1 works without a flaw.
