When I try to burn/make an iso, it finishes encoding and everything but stops after "generating menu 3 of dvd" and gives me "NO VOBUS FOUND." Attached is the error log and project file. I am a complete noob to this so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If you want to back up your discs, you can try this DVD Copy, the operation is very simple. If you want to make ISO file into DVD, you can use DVD Creator. Both software are user-friendly software.

Could you also attach the file "dvdstyler.log" from your "Temp directory" to a post?

    Cheers

You should create another chapter menu or two. Looks too crowded, those overlapping buttons are nor good. Maybe just use two columns. Also in the core settings, try using internal as the encoder, not ffmpeg. I get an error message when my buttons overlap, didn't you?

I fixed all of the overlapping menus. They just look as if they're overlapping, but I no longer get an overlapping error when trying to begin the burn, so none are overlapping anymore. I will try using internal as the encoder, though. Thanks!

Well, after a reinstall of WIndows 11, you just saved MY bacon too!
      Thanks @peate9

Looking at your logfile the error ERR: no VOBUs found. comes because the transcoding of your movie C:\Users\spark\Videos\Fixed Film-1.mkv fails.

In the first pass of the transcoding you get the error NUL.avi: Permission denied resulting in the errors

mpeg2video encoder @ 0000021c2c4fb540] Input is longer than 2-pass log file
[mpeg2video @ 0000021c2c4f7000] Internal error, picture buffer overflow

    from the second pass.

Then no output file is generated from the transcoding amd hence no VOBU is found in it.

Could you use MediaInfo (Install it and right-click on C:\Users\spark\Videos\Fixed Film-1.mkv from Windows Explorer), export the report with Alt+E, Text and attach it to a post.

And make sure that F:\Garrett Leigh\Desktop\New folder\dvd-cache isn't used by other software.

    Cheers

I have an issue with the "NO VOBUS FOUND" but just after it sadly very quickly trascodes the videos (which it shouldn't do all the time), it starts to generate the DVD and then says Failed. I've never had this issue before! It seems like it says that the videos don't have a file size

If you receive an error message “No VOBUS found” while trying to burn a DVD or create an ISO using DVDStyler, it means that the software is unable to find the necessary video files in your project. Here are a few potential solutions:

Check your project settings - Verify that the correct video file(s) have been added to your project and that the file path is correct. Make sure that the video files are in a format that is supported by DVDStyler.

Re-encode your video files - If your video files are not in a compatible format, try converting them to MPEG-2 format using a video conversion tool such as HandBrake or FFmpeg, then re-import them into DVDStyler.

Clear DVDStyler Cache - Go to Preferences > Cache and clear the cache.

Try a different version of DVDStyler - If you are using an older version of DVDStyler, try downloading and installing the latest version from the official website.

Use a different DVD burning software - If none of the above solutions work, consider using a different DVD burning software that may be more compatible with your system and files.

If none of these solutions work, It’s best to seek further assistance from the DVDStyler community or consulting the documentation for more detailed troubleshooting steps.

You can burn video to disc with DVDFab DVD Creator. It can convert digital video files into iso. format. In case anyone is wondering, StreamFab can download videos from many streaming platforms.

    lol...
streamfab is too expensive, I usually use CleverGet to download the video and then use software (usually Leawo because DVDstyle is so old) to write the video to Blu-ray or !
