#712 Regression - does not use cached transcoded files

When DVDStyler closes, it gives the option to delete the cached transcoded files.
If the transcoded files still exist, DVDStyler used to use those transcoded files if the project was repeated (with alterations).
With version 3.1.2 it appears that all videos are re-transcoded each time - ignoring the cache
