When a text block is placed into the editing area of a text object, the editor removes more than one return code, preventing double spacing, as well as removes leading spaces. This means if you wanted to indent the first line by 5 spaces, it will strips those out. Also, if the next line is double spaced from the last line, it strips out the extra return and makes it single spaced.

The text inside "Test.txt" was copied exactly as it appears and pasted into the text object edit window. At first, the text appears as it does in the "Text.txt" file.

However, If you paste in the text first, go to the second menu and then back, the text will only have the extra lines of return codes removed. However, if you then open the editor, it will then have removed the spaces indention that was also inside the text.

I have attached a sample project with the "Test.txt" document included.
