i vote for reopen this request :) right now i'm listening dvd-video "Neil Young - Sugar Mountain - Live at Canturbury House 1968" in mplayer homecinema. as 48x16 while this disk has 96x24 audio with dumb slideshow in vobs.
please add the possibility of playing HD tracks from vobs too!

It should read when PCM tracka are in DVD-Audio zone.
well..., ok., i know it.
but i want read the VIDEO_TS zone.., a lot of DVD-As have.., and Foobar don´t read..
maybe adding the ffdshow Vob decoder to the plug..

i'm talkin' about High Res PCM on VIDEO-TS part (24/96-48-44.1), not DTS or AC-3..
It would be pretty out of the project scope. Besides, this functionality is already implemented in any DVD player.
