#5 Improve speed in ken burns

Hi,

My reduced test:

2 photos: 6M px => PAL mode with fade and one ken burns.

Normal mode: 11m26s

If I rescale previously the images to 720x576 (it's not
the very good value but it's for the example)

Now: 3m10

=> So, as an idear, it could be interesting to rescale
previously the images to a smaller value before.

Yes, I need to do that, but every time I try to do such a
thing, I run into quality problems. I think a reasonable
compromise would be to scale down the images to 2 times the
output resolution (720x480 = 0.35 Megapixels) (1440x960 =
1.4 Megapixels). I'll try that and see how it goes.
