#98 wrong audio and video length

dvd-slideshow is not able to detect the audio length in a simple wav file

the audio length should show 0:4:23 or 263 seconds

also, it detects the video length at 4 minutes and 26 seconds or 266 seconds which is fine since there is 38 images each with a crossfade of 7 seconds (total 38*7=266secs), however the end results is a video of 0:5:09 or 309 seconds so 46 seconds of silence at the end
