#53 menu overlay bug with PAL

the highlighting made for item selection in the menu is not correct (too high) using the PAL switch.
The output is correct with mplayer, but not with my DVD player (LG DVX9900H).
the output is correct on both using NTSC instead of PAL.

more specifically, the shift between text and highlight is more and more important as i scroll from top to bottom.

using 0.8 rpm on mandriva 2007.1 64bits

also, please try the svn version. There is a link on the dvd-slideshow web page- just download dvd-menu and try using that version... I've made some changes and fixes which may fix the problem.
