If you have some idea about compiling software under OSX, you
can get the source out of CVS and the (recently released) Free Qt
libraries from trolltech.com and get tyStudio to compile.. though it
took me about 6 hours last night to get it all hammered out and
done.. it appears to work just as well as the X11 version they
released for OSX ..
So your answer is: it is available and workable now, I think they
just haven't gotten around to compiling it yet :)

IS it it possible to get the ty files from the tivo using the
terminal? A GUI app is not entirely necessary.
