#82 locking issues

there seems to be some nested locking/missing unlock issues in manualfilters.c and dvbtext.c. Patch attached.

Thanks I've committed a modified patch for the manualfilters issues as I don't think the locking was the problem but the order of the destroy then the assignment, it should have been assign the new value then destroy the old delivery method.
