This error crashes the DVBstreamer instances at the moment of the channel selection or/and some timer after the streamer is working.
There are several coredumps attached with different kind of errors.

Having looked at the core dump backtraces (thanks!) it looks like you have some issue with your installed version of libsqlite3. The majority of the crashes appear to be happening inside sqlite rather than dvbstreamer.
There also appears to be a second set of crash which is crashing in the traffic plugin, you could try removing that plugin.
Finally this looks like v1.1 which is no longer maintained.

The installed version of the libsqlite3 is the 3.7.3-1. Which is the correct version and where should I take it?
The DVBstreamer is for sure 1.1, as the logo below. I've took if from the address
https://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/dvbstreamer/dvbstreamer/1.2/dvbstreamer-1.2.tar.gz?r=&ts=1296223432&use_mirror=ufpr from the sourceforge. Where shall I find the v1.2>
    dvbstreamer -V
    dvbstreamer - 1.1 (Compiled Jan 28 2011 12:09:05)

All mirrors from source forge gives the version 1.2 which after compilation gives the output version after the command dvbstreamer -V:
    dvbstreamer - 1.1 (Compiled Jan 28 2011 13:27:30)

Is this the 1.2 or were can I have the 1.2 version?

    Thanks

Please try either the 2.0.0rc or the latest subversion revision. I am no longer maintaining the 1.x tree.
Yes the version you downloaded was 1.2 (forgot to update the version number)
Can you also add when raising a bug report the whether this is DVB or ATSC and what type of adapter you are using satellite/cable/terrestrial?

    I'm using the terrestrial DVB card "DiBcom 8000 ISDB-T" (STK8096GP and STK8096PVR)
I've already tried the 2.0 version, but for some unknown reason it was not possible to stream with it.

That helps a bit, ISDB isn't supported yet.

Could you try running v2 with the '-v -v -v -v -v -v' to increase the log output and then attach the log file found here ~/.dvbstreamer/dvbstreamer-0.log.

I've opened another topic with e v2 verbose logs. It seams the sw is not working properly with the hw.
