#60 More hotkeys

I'd like to see more hotkeys for buildings a la the system used in Warcraft for example. P for placement is good but you still end up going back to the sidebar over and over.
If this conflicts with other hotkeys, you could have it so that you either press b first to go into build mode (which is what blizzard games do), or hold shift or control while pressing them. Thanks!
