Compile Dune Legacy for the new Broadcom Cortex A53 modern instructions for the new Raspberry Pi 3 and 4 models.

It is currently possible to do an ARMHF translation with the "Multiarch" package on Debian-based distributions, but due to the armhf architecture being hard floating point and 32 bits, the performance is very degraded on hardware such as raspberry pi 3, it is necessary to compile the Dune Legacy for ARM64 (ARMv8).
