#13 Some potential improvement

[Akubi]

1. Deviator sprite to have a little identity to differentiate from Rocket launcher.
2. Add a scenario pak of Super Dune 2.
3. Fremen/Merchenary/Sardaukar has its own special unit and palace unit (do not replicate sonic /deviator/devastator and Fremen/Sabotour/DeathHand)
