I am using windows 10 pro 64bit and the Version 0.96.4b does not start and shows the following error message:
Runtime Error! - This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Can anyone help?

hi Dan need some more information:
- had you installed 0.96.3 first and then copied 4b over the top (i'd recommend)
- can you run from command prompt and send me the full error message
