#106 Heavy troopers emit wrong sound when firing close range

The heavy troopers emit the "missile" sound when firing at close range (i.e. 1-2 tiles distance). They should emit the "machine gun" sound instead and only use the "missile" sound when actually firing missiles (i.e. 3-5 tiles distance).
