#26 provide zero-sep output in restore -t

this is a forward of debian bug #703564, which lives over there: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=703564
the submitter requested a more robust format for the output of restore -t, ie. zero-separated.
the attached patch provides that mechanism with a newly added -0 flag to restore.

    the idea is fine, and the (relevant) parts of the patch seem ok, but this too is full of whitespace noise. please delete all the unrelated changes and post a new patch and i can get it in.

    also, you need to update the restore --help output to mention this new flag.
